  • Button mushroom, Cut into small pieces : 400 - 500 grm
  • Onion, sliced : 1 large
  • Capsicum, chopped : 1
  • Ginger garlic paste : 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves : 2-3 sprigs
  • Lime juice : 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder : 2 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds : 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder : 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
  • Garam masala : 1 tsp
  • Salt : To taste
  • Coconut Oil : As needed
  • Heat oil in a pan and add fennel seeds. Saute for a few seconds.
  • Add sliced onion, curry leaves, green chillies and saute for 8-10 minutes. Onions will start to become translucent.
  • Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for around a minute. Throw in the chopped mushrooms, spices, salt and mix well.
  • Cook the mushrooms for 10-12 minutes or till the mushrooms are nicely cooked and almost dry.
  • Keep on stirring. Once mushrooms are cooked, switch off the gas.
  • Add lime juice and coriander leaves to the mushrooms and mix well.
  • Serve hot!
