1 Teaspoon (or according to taste)

1 Tablespoon or as necessary
12 to 15 pieces (optional)
Mix the Tomato Sauce/Paste in half cup of water.
Keep aside this watered Tomato Sauce/Paste and Oil
Mix the ground Beef in a bowl with other ingredients and knead thoroughly.
Coat the bottom of a pan using one tablespoon olive oil.
Spread the beef mixture in the pan using a spatula or just your hands, patting lightly.
Using a spatula, divide the mixture in the pan into strips.
Insert the roasted Cashew bits randomly.
Add the oil, spreading it all over.
Place the pan on medium heat and cover with a lid.
Let it simmer
When the meat starts releasing juice add the Tomato Sauce/Paste mixed in water and cover for a few minutes.
Uncover and let the juices evaporate.
Meanwhile, flip the kebabs using a spatula and let the other side brown, too.
Plate with diced vegetables like Tomatoes, Cucumber, Lettuce Leaves etc.
Serve with Rotis, White or Saffron rice or enjoy like a snack.
