  • Egg Whites : 3 Eggs
  • Garlic : 4-5 cloves
  • Lemon Juice : 3 tsp
  • Olive oil/ Sunflower oil : 300ml
  • Salt : to taste
  • Chop the garlic finely.
  • Beat the garlic and egg whites together in a blender till it thickens.
  • Add the lemon juice and salt to the mix and blend it in well.
  • Add half of the oil to the mix and keep blending
  • Keep adding oil untill the mix gets a thick consistancy.
  • Enjoy as a side to breads or parattas.
