Olive oil/ Sunflower oil
- Egg Whites : 3 Eggs
- Garlic : 4-5 cloves
- Lemon Juice : 3 tsp
- Olive oil/ Sunflower oil : 300ml
- Salt : to taste
- Chop the garlic finely.
- Beat the garlic and egg whites together in a blender till it thickens.
- Add the lemon juice and salt to the mix and blend it in well.
- Add half of the oil to the mix and keep blending
- Keep adding oil untill the mix gets a thick consistancy.
- Enjoy as a side to breads or parattas.
